This policy covers https://3000studios.vip, related 3000 Studios pages, and the official music promo tools on this site (TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting, YouTube embeds and optional Data API uploads from our studio PC, Instagram / Reels links, DistroKid HyperFollow, Spotify Canvas files, and Google AdSense).

What we collect
- Contact mail you send us (name, email, message).
- Technical logs: IP, browser, pages, approximate region, needed to run Cloudflare, security, and ads.
- Optional playback preferences stored in your browser.
- If you tap Connect TikTok on /tiktok: TikTok Login Kit may share a user identifier, basic public profile fields TikTok allows, and permission to upload a promo video as a draft or (after TikTok app review) a public post. We do not sell that token. It is used only to post 3000 Studios music clips you already own.
- YouTube: public embeds. Studio uploads use Google OAuth on our machines, not visitor Google accounts, unless you explicitly sign in to a 3000 Studios tool.
- Instagram, Facebook, X, and similar: outbound links only unless you later authorize an official API. We do not scrape your DMs.
Why we use it
To operate the artist site, stream music, measure traffic, show ads, answer email, and promote official DistroKid releases on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and our own pages. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and ads
Necessary cookies keep the site working. Google AdSense and similar partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve and measure ads. Opt out: Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info.
Platforms
When you use TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, or DistroKid from our links, those companies process data under their own policies. TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting follow TikTok’s developer terms. We only request user.info.basic and video.upload until Direct Post is approved; then we may also use video.publish for official 3000 Studios clips.
Retention
Email is kept as long as needed to reply and for legal records. OAuth tokens for promo live on our studio systems, not in public pages. Server logs rotate on Cloudflare’s defaults.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. You can disconnect TikTok in TikTok’s app settings. California / GDPR-style requests go to the same email.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
